In-home Service

We provide a full suite of on-site computer and networking services ranging from simple virus removal to data recovery, recurring maintenance, network installation, and more. We can handle most any business computing need you might have, so a list of everything we can possibly do would be pointless.  Rather, it would be easier for us if we just listed our prices.  Check the menu on the left for specific needs that we handle differently, but most things that come up fall in one of the two categories below:

- On-site service call (non-routine service): $100 for the first hour, $50 for each subsequent hour, rounded up to the nearest 1/4 hour.

- Routine maintenance call: $50 per service call, per computer (1st visit = $100).  This includes a physical cleaning (blow out dust, clean keyboard, etc.), verification of autonomic functions (we make sure the computer is checking itself for errors, automatically updating, scanning for viruses, scanning for spyware, and that there are no issues), and we can start a backup for you as we leave if you like.  Depending on your specific needs, we will also check your printer(s) and make sure that your network security settings are appropriate.  This should be done at least quarterly, but some users may need it performed monthly if they are heavy computer users or have a lot of sensitive data.  Please note that we charge more for the first visit because it usually takes about twice as long to set everything up to run itself.  Subsequent visits usually take much less time.
